The Talbot offers contemporary British cooking delivering delicious food throughout whether you are dining in the Bar and Atrium or the James Martin Restaurant. We champion the use of fresh produce from local suppliers and our seasonal menus are created by James together with head chef Craig Aitchinson. Expect a journey of exciting flavours and textures showcasing the best of Yorkshire produce.

The wine list is carefully put together to offer a varied choice to suit all pockets and palates including, from Bordeaux, the aptly named Chateau Talbot!
