Our Chef’s Table offers you the opportunity to experience and enjoy the beauty of the ingredients without having to lift a finger.
Relax and let Gilly and Debbie entertain you at the Chefs Table in the relaxed and informal surroundings of the Malton Cookery School.
7.30pm Meet at the Malton Cookery School for champagne & canapés before taking your seat at the Chefs Table where dinner is prepared and served by Gilly and Debbie.
£50 per person
Additional wine can be purchased on the evening.

Luke is the Head chef at the Weston hotel in Scarborough, where the focus is on seasonality and locality, combining classic flavours with contemporary twists.
He is a self taught chef and has spent time at some acclaimed restaurants and hotels in the area such as “the green room” and Ox pasture hall.”

8.00pm Dinner is prepared and served at the Chef’s Table.

Accommodation is available at the Talbot Hotel just 2 minutes from the Malton Cookery School.

A real treat to have Stephanie Moon in Malton cooking ‘dinner at the Chef’s Table’.
Steph, who is no stranger to Malton Cookery School or the food scene in Malton generally, is a farmers daughter from Skipton, trained at Craven College where she won a work placement at Londons renowned hotel ‘The Dorchester’. She was offered a full time position working for world famous chef Anton Mosiman.
Steph is now Consltant Chef at Rudding Park in Harrogate and also has her own Chef Consultancy Business working with business large and small to raise their potential in all things food.
If that wasn’t enough Steph can often be found at the food festivals and occasionally on TV demonstrating her culinary skills.
