Mak Tok started selling their authentic Malaysian chilli paste in our monthly farmers market nearly 2 years ago with a little dream – to be in every kitchen and every heart across the world.
Led by an adopted Yorkshireman, Will began his humble journey in his tiny kitchen back in Sheffield where he was missing his mum’s home-cooked Malaysian dishes. One thing led to another, and today, Mak Tok is an award winning startup and their products are stocked in Keelham Farm Shop, Blacker Hall Farm Shop, and recently in Booths supermarket.
Join Will this 4th of May and experience the true flavours of Malaysian cuisine. This will be an evening to remember as it is also Mak Tok’s 2nd year anniversary so, expect some really special Malaysian hospitality with a touch of its beautiful culture over a tantalising 5-course-meal.
