A real treat to have Sue Nelson in Malton cooking ‘dinner at the Chef’s Table’.

For Sue, Food has always played a major part in this Flat Cap Cook’s life. Over the years she has amassed a dedicated fan base of family, friends and colleagues who travel far and wide for gastro feasts prepared in her bespoke kitchen, home to an incredible collection of more than 1,300 cookery books. Sue has been rummaging through Yorkshire’s abundant larder and championing its stunning diversity for years (which is saying something for a native Lancastrian). Her vast knowledge of Yorkshire, its fabulous food and the people who rear, grow and make it will make this an evening to remember. Her culinary passion is incorporated into Yorkshire Food Finder, her gourmet food tourism company which offers a selection of guided trails and cookery demonstrations celebrating Yorkshire’s glorious food.
